Belmont is a neighborhood known for it’s older, unique and historic homes. These homes are located between between Hillsboro Village and 12 South. Belmont provides million dollar homes to the occasional fixer-upper. Due to the proximity of Belmont University and Lipscomb University, you will find plenty of college students and young professionals.
