Rick is  a Nashville native who has been in Real Estate for over 20 years. He listens, takes phone calls and puts his clients needs first. We limit clientele so that we can fully focus on each one. Unless directed otherwise, I keep everything informative and objective. Ask my opinion and that is what you will get. While not fans of flowery talk, drama and emotion - we aim to bring value to every transaction.

By placing my clients needs above all else, they trust and know that I will guide them to make a decision based on their own pre determined objective measures.  I encourage my agents to help buyers think about the long game; it’s not only  about the house that you’re buying now, but also about what you’ll be selling later.

With a background in development, and being well networked we can have access into areas of town before most. When I am not working for my clients, you can find me running, fishing, or spending time with family.
